Have you ever noticed that everyone ends up in the kitchen when you’re having a party? It’s the truth. Food seems to always be at the center of our social interactions, whether we’re talking about family or friends. It’s the first cup of coffee in the morning, the breakfast rush and trying to get out the door on time, and joining together as a family to share a meal around the table.

a kitchen that reflects your lifestyle

If you’re looking to update your kitchen or completely remodel it, you can count on Ritz Design Build. Before we begin designing, we’ll sit down with you and ask how your kitchen can better reflect your lifestyle. Do you enjoy entertaining and hosting large groups? Do you express your creativity through baking pastries? Are you more of a let’s-cook-a-healthy-homecooked-meal-and-get-on-with-the-rest-of-the-day type?We have almost 50 years of experience helping families build kitchen. We’ll take your input and transform it into full-color 3D renderings. You’ll literally get an idea of what it’s like to walk into your kitchen—before the construction process begins. Because the kitchen is one of the most expensive rooms to remodel, we think you’ll really appreciate our 3D modeling services.

big on design doesn’t need a lot of square feet

Whether you have a large kitchen already or want to knock down a few walls to open up your kitchen to a great room, we can help create the home of your dreams. Center island peninsulas increase counter space while barstool seating offers a casual dining option. High-end appliances are a smart way to upgrade your kitchen and you can earn rebates on energy efficient dishwashers, refrigerators and dryers. Revamping a breakfast booth by implementing a seating area around an island is a novel way to open up some space.

custom cabinets are worth the money

Custom cabinets have a reputation as being more expensive than big box cabinets (cabinets that you buy from Lowe’s, Home Depot or IKEA). While pre-made cabinets may seem cheaper, our experience is otherwise. After you order cabinets from a large retailer, it can take up to six weeks for the cabinets to be delivered. Often, the backs might be missing on a cabinet or they might arrive damaged. Then you have to reorder cabinets and wait another six weeks before you have everything you need. This tends to hold up construction, which costs you money.

We work with the finest cabinetmakers who are true craftsmen and very quick at what they do. They’ll create cabinets that fit precisely into your floor plans and maximize the efficient use of space. You’ll have a choice of 15 wood species—everything from alder to hickory to red oak to maple rustic. Then all of our cabinets are hand finished with solid surface countertops in stone or quartz.

A second story addition is one of the biggest changes you can make to a home. Give Ritz Design Build a call and we’ll create a second story that gives you more room and adds to the beauty of your home, all while bringing you the greatest value for your dollar.
