Ritz Design Build remodeled the Steiner’s kitchen and living area, replacing all windows, doors, flooring, and roofing. But the highlight of this particular project was the design and build of the outdoor living space, which the Steiners now refers to it as the “Sanctuary”.
The Girons contracted Ritz Design Build in 2012 to do a major home addition and remodel in Clairemont. The project included a master bedroom/bathroom with a walk in closet at the back of their home.
The Templins were so happy with the first Ritz Design Build Master Suite project, that recently they called us back to add a second story above their garage and to completely remodel their Clairemont home.
The Black’s home second story addition/remodel was completed in 2012 in La Mesa, CA. It was a beautiful home addition above the existing garage. Ritz Design Build added a stunning Master Bedroom Suite to their home.
The Ballardo home was a small Spanish-style home on Mt. Soledad in La Jolla with views of the Pacific. Young Kelly inherited the home when his grandfather died. His parents lived in Claremont and they expressed an interest living there as well.
The Pfeiffers were very proud of their daughter when she graduated from college. They encouraged her to live at home while she worked her first job so she could get on her feet financially.
The Williams have a large blended family and often entertain. When their mother was getting older, they decided the best option would be to move her to the family home. Grandma could no longer maintain her own residence but certainly didn’t require assisted living.
The Edelsons had lived in Pacific Beach for years but employment opportunities took them away from California. They retained the beach house as a rental and when it was time to retire, Pacific Beach beckoned once again.
