We’ve been building homes for decades here in San Diego. Chances are, we’ve worked in your neighborhood too. Because we’ve been at it so long, we don’t have a learning curve on our many projects. We have experience building in coastal areas, so we know what techniques and materials we should build with to make your home last. We’ve also built in many of San Diego’s older neighborhoods and are aware of the implications of renovating a residence in a historic district. We are also familiar with the legal ins-and-outs of building a granny flat or second residence on your property.

See your home design before you build with Ritz Design Build
After we meet with you, we’ll provide you with a design and a full estimate. Our designer renders designs in full-color digital 3D models that give you the opportunity to “walk through” your designs to get the flow of the home and to see if the floorplans work to your liking. Your home is probably the largest investment you’ll make, so you will have the confidence of a test drive before you build—or even before you sign a contract. We want you to have all the information you need to make the best decision.
