A Clairemont Complete Remodel

The Black’s home second story addition/remodel was completed in 2012 in La Mesa, CA. It was a beautiful home addition above the existing garage.

Ritz Design Build (A Division of Budge-It Home remodeling Inc.) added a stunning Master Bedroom Suite to their home. The La Mesa home addition included a large master bedroom and master bathroom-complete with a glass shower (with custom tile work), a large walk in closet, a wet bar, and a gas fireplace under the wall mounted TV. We also created a walk out balcony off the new master bedroom complete with a beautiful glass railing.

In addition to the second story, we extended and remodeled the home’s ground floor entrance way. Since the Blacks already had a full bathroom on the ground floor, we demolished the front ½ bathroom and extended the front of the home to create a gorgeous entranceway and a stairway to go up to the new second story master bedroom retreat.

New recessed lighting was added throughout the project, a Fijtsu heat pump was installed to warm the entire home, and a stunning new front door with glass side panels replaced the older existing single old entrance door – to create a beautiful new home for the Blacks.
