A Powerful Poway Demo

In 2013, Heidi Steiner contacted Ritz Design Build to design and build a complete remodel and addition of her home in Poway, CA.

We completely demolished the back of her house and added substantial square footage to her kitchen, master bedroom and master bathroom; adding over 800 square feet to her home and increasing its value and appearance tremendously.

In addition to the single story ground floor addition, the project consisted of a complete and full house remodel as well. Ritz Design Build remodeled her kitchen and living area… replaced all of her windows, doors, flooring, and roofing.

But the highlight of this particular project was the design and build of Heidi’s outdoor living space, which she now refers to it as her “Sanctuary”.

It is a beautiful, open air outdoor covered patio area in the backyard complete with a gas fireplace and a Western Red Cedar ceiling with ceiling fans. Stunningly beautiful and a great place to relax at the end of the day.
