Back For More

Back in 2002, Ritz Design Build (A Division of Budget- It Home Remodeling Inc.) added a master bedroom
suite for the Templins in Clairemont. The new master bedroom on the ground floor of the home
included a walk-in closet and a beautiful ensuite master bathroom. The Templins were so happy with
the home addition project, that recently they called us back to add a second story above their garage
and to completely remodel their Clairemont home. The second story addition included two additional
bedrooms and a full bathroom. We also built them a low- maintenance TREX balcony off the second
story addition so that they can now enjoy the Sea World fireworks every night all summer long!

On the ground floor we remodeled the existing two bedrooms and the family room. We also completely
remodeled their kitchen; complete with new custom cabinetry, granite counter tops and all new flooring
throughout the ground floor of their beautiful home.
