Clairemont Expansion

The Girons contracted Ritz Design Build (A Division of Budge-It Home Remodeling Inc.) in 2012 to do a major home addition and remodel in Clairemont.

Comprehensive 3D designs were prepared for them and one final design was approved to build for the Girons against 3 other contractors in San Diego County. The approved design included a master bedroom/bathroom with a walk in closet at the back of their home. Quite a large family room extension was also designed and built to create on “open floor plan” concept. A custom gas fireplace was also added to their new family room to create a beautiful area for their family to spend their time. Their Clairemont home increased from 1100 square feet to 2000 square feet which not only increased their living space, but increased the resell value of their home as well.
